Why can't I see any sessions or errors within Zipy after integrating the SDK or npm in my application code?

Here are the possible reasons why the user sessions or errors are not visible in your application

  • VPN Issue

You may be behind a VPN and hence all Zipy sessions are being dropped

You will need to whitelist the Zipy domain - to ensure this works for you

  • Plan Expiry

Your current Zipy billing plan may have expired and you may have run out of your quota of user sessions and its possible that the data retention period is over.

You may need to upgrade to the paid plan to see new sessions.
