# No recordings or errors visible

Here are the possible reasons why the session replay or errors are not visible in your application

* **VPN Issue**&#x20;

You may be behind a VPN and hence all Zipy sessions are being dropped&#x20;

You will need to whitelist the Zipy domain - zipy.ai to ensure this works for you

* **Plan Expiry**&#x20;

Your current Zipy billing plan may have expired and you may have run out of your quota of session replays and its possible that the data retention period is over.&#x20;

You may need to upgrade to the paid plan to see new sessions.&#x20;
