If you work with Azure DevOps for your day-to-day project management activities, this integration is very useful for you. You can create work items or tickets based on the sessions and issues captured by Zipy in your application, in Azure DevOps for seamless further tracking.
Please follow the below steps for the integration.
Fill in your PAT Token and Organization URL and then click on Integrate
Please check How to create an Azure DevOps PAT Token in case you need help with the PAT token.
Once the integration is successful, you will see a message for the same with a UNLINK option to cancel and re-integrate if required.
You can create a DevOps ticket for an error directly from the Errors dashboard or from the Context view of the error or the session. The steps for both are defined below:
Click on the CREATE TICKET button located at the top right section of the screen. A side window will be shown with pre-filled information about the error in the Description box to ease the ticket creation process.
Once the ticket is successfully created in Azure DevOps, the same link will be available for you to view the ticket.
Click on the 3 dots menu (Kebab Menu) of any error for which you want to create a DevOps ticket
You will see a “Create DevOps Issue” option - click on it to create a new ticket.
A side window will be shown with pre-filled information about the error in the Description box to ease the ticket creation process.
Fill in the other necessary fields and then click on Create Ticket on DevOps.
Once the ticket is successfully created in Azure DevOps, the same link will be available for you to view the ticket.
Go to Azure DevOps
Click on User settings at the top right corner
Click on Personal Access tokens
Click on New Token - make sure your new token has either "full access" or "read and write access" to work items.
