Fulfillment of Services

Service Activation

Upon successful subscription and payment, the services will be activated immediately or within the time specified in the subscription plan. Access credentials and onboarding details will be sent to the registered email address.

Service Scope

The subscription grants the customer access to the features as outlined in the selected plan. Any additional features or customizations may require separate agreements or payments.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered as per the agreed subscription terms.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Usage-based charges or overages.

  • Payments made for a month-to-month subscription after the billing cycle has started.

Requesting a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, kindly contact us at support@zipy.ai.

  • Please provide details regarding your subscription and the reason for the refund request. Our support team will assist you promptly.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Voluntary Cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time via the account management portal in the application or by contacting support@zipy.ai.

Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

Termination by Zipy AI

Zipy AI reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for violations of the Terms of Service or for misuse of the platform.

Additional Terms

Service Suspension

Accounts with overdue payments may face suspension of services. Service will resume upon receipt of payment.

Liability Disclaimer

Zipy AI is not responsible for third-party integrations or issues arising from the misuse of the platform.

Policy Amendments

This policy is subject to change. Updates will be communicated via email and/or through the Zipy AI platform.
